

Select each day of the week you would like the alarm to trigger in the repeat section (Figure B). To determine what days the alarm will trigger.

Note: You can set Alarms to repeat on a recurring basis. You should confirm that the device is paired before repeating the above steps.

If this does not happen your alarm has not saved properly. The Shock Clock will vibrate twice and flash once, indicating that the alarm has been created and saved.

In short, what settings can I change to make sure that the alarm doesn’t give up on me before I’m awake? Jumping jacks are not an option, I guess QR code could be nearby, but if I have my phone nearby wouldn’t my sleepy self just find it easier to turn off all alarms rather than open camera and such? I need the escalation feature, I currently have it at 7 minutes. They’re incredible weak… but I have them set to trigger with the alarm in hopes of training myself to be more responsive to them to avoid the shock- but maybe I need to turn those off? I don’t want to have to be tied to shocking myself for the rest of my life, I’d really like to be more responsive to a regular alarm clock at some point in my life. The vibration and beep are worthless, I don’t even notice them while fully awake and being active. Escalation timing, and interval timing - would setting it longer/shorter impact the amount of time it takes before the shock clock just gives up on me? I thought the smart alarm would be a good backup, but if I never turned off the alarm in the first place does it not trigger at all? The timing of that is not editable… but I’m not clear on what the 5 minute monitoring vs 30 minute duration means? I’m new to this, but I can’t find much info on the intricacies of what impact each setting means. The buttons are too small and hard to push so I know I didn’t turn it off at the watch. My phone is not nearby at night, I didn’t turn the alarm off. Two hours later I check the time and realize that it gave up on me and decided I was awake when I most definitely was not 🙄 I know it triggers in the morning, I briefly noticed a light shock this morning and was too groggy and fell asleep with the reassurance that a stronger shock would shortly follow…. If not set to “jumping jacks” or “QR code,” does the shock clock just give up on me waking up after a certain amount of time? I have it set to escalating alarm, all triggers on 100%, and have it set to detect if I’m still in bed/ not awake.
